HOW CAN I FIND OUT MORE ABOUT A FRO. STYLE PRODUCT?

When you see an item you like, click on the image of it. This will take you to the product page where you can find more details about the product including the name, code, price, description, available colours, size and fit guide, washing; care, delivery and shipping and returns. You can also see photographs of the front, back and detail shots of the fabric or pattern in use.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE AND FIT GUIDE?

Check out the Size And Fit Guide on the product pages for measurements and tips on how to get the perfect fit.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Once item(s) have been received we must be notified within 14 days of your intention to return the product.  Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please DO NOT return any items outside of these timescales, unless advised to do so by our customer services.

If the return does not meet these conditions, then it will be denied. We will hold the item(s) for up to 7 days to give you the opportunity to arrange a courier to collect it/them, after which point the item(s) will either be returned to stock or destroyed.

We will not be responsible for financing the cost of returning these items back to you. Please ensure you email returns@fro-style.com to inform us of any collections. Failure to do so may result in the collection being refused.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

You can exchange an item with us if your return has met the conditions stated above. Any exchange requested must be the same product type (i.e. T-shirt) and of the same value as the original item purchased. If we do not have the item you would like in stock, we will email you about this. If there is not an item that you would like to exchange for, we can also offer store credit, to be used on future purchases or a refund.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?

We are sorry to hear this. If you receive a faulty item from us, please contact us as stated above. You can do this by emailing the address below:

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Once your return has been received by our warehouse team, this will be checked and placed onto our systems. You will then receive an email from us to say that your refund or exchange has been processed. Please note it can take 8-10 working days for returns to be processed and a further 7 working days for payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.

HOW DO I PREVENT RETURNS BY SHIPPING CARRIER?

In most cases, orders are sent back because the address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or illegible. To minimise this double-check the digits when adding your shipping address.
